RCV minus depreciation — the aged, used value of your roof at the moment of the storm. Your insurer pays this first.

The gap between ACV and RCV. On an RCV policy your insurer releases it as a second check once the work is completed and verified.

Your share

The set amount you agreed to pay on a claim. On most approved storm claims, it's your only out-of-pocket cost. By law we can never pay, waive, or rebate it.
